HARLEY DAVIDSON Fat Bob Headlight Conversion (DIY)

Description

Designed to cover the Harley Davidson Fat Bob horizontal headlight, attach to the headlight housing (no additional hardware for mounting it on the bike is required).

(UNIVERSAL) Cover archive includes:

• 3D .stl files for printing the Cover (full, 2parts, 4parts)
• 3D .stl files for printing the Brackets
• Instructions how I’ve printed it, the settings used and required hardware to secure it to the headlight housing
• If you buy this Archive–you’ll get every other iteration of the Cover files if there will be any (improvements, additional features etc.). Feel free to make suggestions!

(UNIVERSAL) Wiring documentation includes:

• Schematic diagrams to connect HD Fat Bob headlight to any H4 (9003 or HB3) equipped motorcycle (like the photo below):

• All the part numbers and links to connectors, wires, shirk tubes and other materials used to make this adapter
• 2 versions (separate DRL and combined DRL with Low beam)

(Yamaha Stryker ONLY) Mounting bracket to the stock headlight location archive includes:

• 3D file for SendCutSend or any other cutting/finishing service with bend lines
• 3D file for any other cutting/finishing service without bend lines
• 3D .stl files for printing the required spacers
• Assembly instructions (what bolts should be used, install sequence etc.)

I’m mounting this headlight on my Yamaha Stryker–you can see a test piece in the product photos. I’ll get the final version to the paint shop, for sure 😀
